painting pumpkins

last night, we painted our pumpkins.

we thought that it was a good alternative to carving, 

since the kids are too young to carve their own, anyway.

the girls are old pros at painting, 

and they love to do it.

it was jaxon's first time, but you never would have guessed!

after the kids went to bed, jason and i thought it would be fun to paint my belly like a pumpkin...

we laughed a whole lot and had to start over a couple of times, 

but he did such a good job in the end!

i am so thankful to have a husband that i have so much fun with.

now, come on little man! 

we're ready!
